User Reviews of Noyes Auto and Tire Service

Good Reputable Business

My entire family have brought their vehicles to Noyes for at least 10 years. They continue to offer me the best service in the area. Not only do they fix my car, the also check it for other issues that could give me problems down the road. I love the fact that they are thorough and honest about their work. They even take the time to show me my worn parts and educate me on my vehicle repair. I have recommended Noyes to many friends over the years who continue to be loyal customers to Noyes.

Shady place

I had an inspection done on my car and it failed. Ok, no problem. I go to check out and besides the charge for the inspection, there's a charge for the sticker (I didn't get a sticker, it failed inspection) and for shop supplies (which they used none of). When I asked about the sticker, the answer was "It's just part of the inspection." When I reminded him I didn't get a sticker, he shrugged. Asked about the shop supplies, he pointed to the list of things the invoice said it covered. When I asked which of them they used, he said none, it was for putting the car on the lift, which wasn't listed. So every car gets an extra charge on top of labor for lift usage? Nickle and dime. While I was there, they tried over and over to convince a woman who just wanted to buy a brakelight bulb that the only way to find out which bulb she needed was to charge her for labor to take the assembly apart. When she refused, they all of the sudden remembered they had that information available without taking it apart. Shady, shady place. I don't recommend it.

Bad news - bent my rotor

I bought new tires there, but when they put my wheels back on, they tightened the nuts unevenly, leading to a bent rotor and a new front brake job for me. :(
